We have a strict no refunds policy. Nora Swimwear will happily accept any clean/unworn/unwashed swimsuit for store credit if contacted within 10 days of receiving the product. If you wish to exchange your item, you must return it first for store credit.
Customers wishing to return merchandise for store credit must complete the form below.
IF the customer has has received an incorrect order or faulty garment shipping charges will be refunded (standard shipping only) and we will send you the correct item free of charge. If this happens (and we are terribly sorry if it did!) customer must contact returns within 7 days of receiving incorrect/ faulty merchandise.
