We have a strict no- returns policy, however, Nora Swimwear will happily accept any clean/unworn/unwashed swimsuit for an exchange if contacted within 10 days of receiving the product.
Customers wishing to exchange merchandise must fill out the form below.
IF the customer has has received an incorrect order or faulty garment shipping charges will be refunded (standard shipping only) and we will send you the correct item free of charge. If this happens (and we are terribly sorry if it did!) customer must contact returns within 7 days of receiving incorrect/ faulty merchandise.
Item(s) purchased on sale are not eligible for exchange.
HOW IT WORKS:
1. Check to make sure the tags/panty liner are still attached to your item(s)
2. Fill out the form below
3. You will receive a confirmation email from us within 24-28 hours with instructions on how to mail back your item(s)
4. We must receive your item within 20 days to hold it for you. Once we receive it, we process the exchange.
If you are exchanging for a different style, we will invoice you/ refund you for the difference.
